Our alternative lending program enables you to make the dream of home ownership possible. Those with a less than perfect credit rating can qualify.


We have a program for you:

  • Documentation will be required to support the existence of a business and associated earnings. Income must be reasonable for applicant's profession.

  • Vendor take back's are allowed as long as you have at least 10% down payment accumulated and not borrowed. NO GIFTED DOWN PAYMNENTS ALLOWED.

  • Max amortization is 25 years. 35 year amortizations available on exception only.

  • 20/20 pre-payment privileges.

  • Must be discharged from bankruptcy. Discharged from bankruptcy one day is ok on case by case basis.


While the main banks are tightening up the criteria for BFS applicants, we have a lender that is loosening up the guidelines.
